This is a 6 week program that guides you through a transforming experience. We will be reviewing physical, mental, and spiritual areas of your well-being. It will include one on one and group sessions. This is an intensive 6 weeks of your life to create a change in your life. Please see below for more details of the program. We will develop a support network to assist you in achieving your goals.

Program includes
- 2 - one on one health coaching sessions to conduct personal assessments, goals, support and program design.
- 6 - 1 hour yoga sessions
- 4 - 1+ hour educational sessions (intro, stress management, self-care, maintenance, planning etc)
- 30 - 1/2 hour cardio/strength classes (times and days will be determined by group within first week of program)
- 1 food portion set with instructions
- 2 - 1/2 hour massage sessions
- 1 - group field trip with wellness activities (food, movement, and Fun)
